VISTANCIA Northwest of Phoenix in the Sonoran Desert foothills, discover Vistancia, a 7,100-acre master-planned community with distinctive homes and exceptional living. The Village at Vistancia, offers The Mountain Vista Club. Blackstone at Vistancia, the premier, private gated community of Vistancia, is set within the 7,100 acre master planned community, and offers residents an intimate, natural Sonoran desert setting amongst a spectacular mountain and golf course backdrop with scenic, spectacular views.
